What if I need to modify my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate updates such as changing the device, installation date, or delivery address provided the order hasn't been processed. You can reach us through our contact form or by emailing info@thewiserhome.com if the order has gone through we can refund and send a new quote.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been processed or dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. we’ll work with you on the best solution.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. We’ll also follow up with scheduling information for your installation.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support digital payments like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for your convenience.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use secure, encrypted payment processing to ensure that your personal and financial information is protected at all times. Your security is a top priority at The Wiser Home.
Can I pay in instalments?
We’re currently exploring flexible payment options. If you're interested in installment plans, reach out to us directly depending on your order, we may be able to work something out.
Installs
How does the installation process work?
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll schedule a professional installer to visit your home at a time that works for you. They’ll handle everything from setup to testing to ensure your smart device works perfectly and integrates with your existing system.
Do I need to be home during the installation?
Yes, we recommend that someone 18 or older be present during the installation. This ensures our technician has access and can walk you through how everything works once it's set up. Also helps setting up accounts for various systems.
What areas do you serve for installation?
We currently serve all across the South of the UK, including major cities and surrounding areas. If you're located outside this region, don’t worry reach out to us anyway. We’re willing to travel further.
