- Cancellations: You can cancel product orders within 14 days if items are unused and in original packaging. Late installation cancellations (under 48 hours) may incur a fee.
- Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition for a refund. Contact us first before returning anything.
- Warranty: Most products are covered by the manufacturer. Our installation work is guaranteed for 12 months.
