  • Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition for a refund. Contact us first before returning anything.
  • Warranty: Most products are covered by the manufacturer. Our installation work is guaranteed for 12 months.
  • Liability: We are not liable for any damage caused by misuse or unauthorised modification of products.

4. Installation Services

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may not cancel product orders once delivery and install has been provided.

Installation services may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
